In addition, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages through the “Contact Us” page of the Website involves the acquisition of all personal data that may be included in the communications.

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

  1. Retention of personal data 

The information contained in the communications sent to the Data Controller will be kept for 6 months. Personal data processed for marketing purposes are stored for 24 months.

This is without prejudice to the fact that it is necessary to retain such information in order to exercise or defend a right in court. In the event of processing of personal data for the exercise of a right in court, personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the litigation and until the deadline for appeals has been exhausted.

Should the Data Controller decide to develop his idea, he will receive a special privacy policy.

  1. Recipients of personal data 

Personal data may be communicated to the following subjects:

  • those who can access the data by virtue of legal provisions provided for by European Union law or by that of the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject;
  • subjects who carry out activities auxiliary to the purposes indicated in the relevant paragraph and, specifically, companies that offer hosting services, IT infrastructures and IT assistance and consultancy services as well as the design and implementation of software and websites, companies that offer data analysis and development services (including those relating to user interactions with our services).

In addition, your personal data may also be disclosed to employees, designated as subjects acting under the authority of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR or as a System Administrator.

  1. Transfers to third countries

The processing of personal data takes place mainly within the European Union. However, due to the presence of the group’s offices in third countries or the use of service providers established there, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union and, in particular, to China and the United States. 

In this case, the Data Controller adopts adequate guarantees pursuant to art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of standard contractual clauses. To obtain a copy of those signed by the Data Controller, you can contact him at the address indicated in paragraph 8.

  1. Automated decision-making

The Data Controller does not intend to use automated decision-making processes.

  1. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to obtain access to your personal data from the Company. You may also request the Company to rectify or delete them. In addition, you have the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as the right to portability of such data.

In addition to the above, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions, as provided for by art. 21 of the GDPR.
